  Warning, Warning, Warning. The sercvice fee of $59 off peak of $145 Peak covers their trip over to your location barely to say Hello. Customer sercice hourly rate of $85 /hour is never disclosed and it is above and beyond the Service call. Even if you A/C is under warranty, you are still responsible for $90+ for Stellar to file the warranty with the OEM on your behalf. Parts prices are 4 -5 times what they actually are. Warning, before you call, plan on putting out $210.00 for anbiguous charges that are never disclosed when you call in for service.
